MOS Burger/モスバーガー

Founded by Satoshi Sakurada in 1972, MOS Burger has more than 1700 restaurants along with business in countries such as Japan and Asia. The first overseas store was open in Taiwan. MOS stands for Mountain, Ocean, Sun which help represent the love Satoshi Sakurada had for the world.

1972年に櫻田厚はモスバーガーを開けました。日本やアジアには1700台のレストランがあります。台湾でモスバーガーの初めの海外の店を開けました。モスはMは山でＯは海でSは太陽です。櫻田厚は世界が好きですから、モスを呼びます。

Mister Donut/ミスタードーナツ

Mister Donut, started in the United States, now has thousands of food chains around Asia. Even though Mister Donut started in the United States, you don't really see any of the stores in the US. The founder of Mister Donut, Harry Winouker, broke off his partnership with his brother-in-law, Bill Rosenberg.  They both open separate donut and coffee shops, Winouker with Mister Donut, while Rosenberg open Dunkin Donuts.

ミスタードーナツはアメリカで始めて開けた、今、アジアで多くの店があります。残念ですが、アメリカであまりミスタードーナツを見えません。ハリー・ウィノークはミスタードーナツの始祖で、ウェイノークの義兄はダンキンドーナツです。

Zojoji Temple/増上寺

While trying to find the Tokyo Tower, we went through the Zojoji Temple.  Luckily, there was like a festival happening at the time.  Which means lots and lots of food~
東京タワーに行った時、増上寺から出ました。その時、祭りをしていましたから、多い食べ物がありました。たくさん屋台の美味しい食べ物がありました。

American Milk Tea VS Japanese Milk Tea/アメリカのミルクティーVS日本のミルクティー

During my trip to Japan, I drank tons of Milk Tea. Milk Tea in Japan is waay more accessible than in America.  Milk Tea is sold in convenient stores, grocery store, vending machines, etc. If they sell drinks, most likely they sell Milk Tea as well.

日本に行って時、たくさんミルクティーを飲みました。日本に、ミルクティーを買いやすいです。日本のミルクティーはアメリカのミルクティーよりかのうせんたくです。

Tsukiji Fish Market/築地市場

Tsukiji Fish Market, the famous place that auctions and sells different kinds of fish.  2015 marked the 80th Anniversary, but I read that it will move to a new location in preparation for the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics.
築地市場は色々な魚を売るで有名です。２０１５年は築地市場の８０周年ですが、東京２０２０年の夏季オリン ピックのために築地市場が新しい場所にひっこするそうです。

Golden Temple, Black Okonomi Manjuu and Roasted Chestnut/金閣寺、黒いお好みまんじゅう、焼き栗

During my stay in Kyoto, my first stop was the Golden Temple/Kinkakuji.
京都に止まって時、金閣寺に行きました。

Deer Poop Ice Cream/鹿のウンコアイスクリーム

If you go to Miyashimaguchi in Japan near Hiroshima, I recommend to try the Deer Poop Ice Cream~ It is sold in one of the small stores you'll see once you exit the Ferry Port.  I was able to choose the flavor of Ice Cream I want with my Deer Poop topping~
広島の宮島口は鹿のウンコのアイスクリームがあります。とてもおすすめです〜小さい店に売っています。どなアイスクリームの味と一緒に鹿のウンコのトッピングを選べます。

Pepsi Ghost Mystery Flavor/ペプシゴースト・ミステリーフレーバー

Japan is known for their seasonal flavors.  Pepsi had a Halloween Special called 'Pepsi Ghost'.  You get a mystery flavor drink.  Recently, I went to Osaka on December 28 and saw a vending machine were most of the drinks were 50yen, which is roughly around 50cent.  They had the Halloween Special soda!
最近、大阪に行きました。50円の販売機を見ていました。そして、ハロウィーンの飲み物もあります。

I thought it would be a new flavor, but the flavor was Dr. Pepper.  I guess it is a mystery flavor and the chooses are from original flavors.
ミステリーフレーバーは新しい味だと思いますが、味はドクターペッパーでした。

Pikachu Noodle/ピカチュヌードル

I tried Pikachu Seafood Noodle.  It comes with a sticker of different Pikachu facial expressions.  The difference is that the fish cake has the picture of Pikachu~ So cute.  The noodle is thin and kind of taste like the Filipino Dish, Pancit.  It's delicious~

Monja and Okonomiyaki/もんじゃとお好み焼きの

My friend and I went to Tsukishima (Moon Island).  It is popularly known for Monjayaki and Okonomiyaki.  It is a street filled with many Monja and Okonomiyaki restaurant.
月島へ友達と一緒に行っていました。月島は有名でもんじゃ焼きとお好み焼きです。道に多いもんじゃとお好み焼きのレストランがあります。

回転寿司/Conveyer Belt Sushi

回転（かいてん）Kaiten means 'Rotation'.  Kaiten Sushi is a restaurant where Sushi rotates around on a conveyer belt.  I went to my first when in Japan.  I heard there is one in California.

日本へ初めて回転寿司屋に行きました。カリフォルニアに回転寿司屋もあるそうです。

CoCo Ichibanya Curry/CoCo壱番屋カレー

CoCo Ichibanya is a Curry restaurant.  It seems to be really popular with Foreigners.  The menu is translated in different languages.
CoCo壱番屋はカレーレストランです。外国人に人気があるそうです。メニューは違う言語を訳しました。

Japan's Milk, Soy Milk, and Pokemon's Chocolate Bread/牛乳とチョコパン

I'm a Pokemon fan, so once I saw a Pokemon theme bread I wanted it~  It was a Doctor Pikachu Chocolate Bread.  So cute~ It used normal white bread and chocolate filling.
私はポケモンのファンですから、ポケモンのぱんを見た時、買いたかったです〜ドクターピカチュチョコ パンでした。とても可愛い〜普通な白いパンとチョコフィリングを使いました。

Mochifuwa Pancake/もちふわパンケーキ

Japan's 7-Eleven has interesting and convenient food to eat.  One item is the Mochifuwa Pancake.  It has two pancakes stuck together by Maple Syrup and Butter.  I put it in the microwave and made it nice and warm to eat~

日本の７−11は面白くて便利な食べ物があります。もちふわパンケーキを買いました。パンケーキサンドウィチの中でメープルとマーガリンがあります。電子レンジに入って、暖かくて食べるのようになりました〜

It's very nice to already have Maple Syrup and Butter already between the pancakes.  Delicious~!

もうメープルとマーガリンの中にあって、いいだと思います。美味しかったです〜！

Chateraise'/チャテライセ'

Chateraise' is a pastry shop.  They sell cakes, Japanese pastries, and Ice Cream.  I tried their Sponge Cake and Ice Cream.
チャテライせはパン店です。ケーキとお菓子とアイスクリームを売ります。スポンジケーキとアイスクリームを食べてみたいです。

Japan 7-11 HAUL: Milk Tea, Onigiri, & Snack

I went to 7-11 in Japan for the first time~ I was really excited to go!
日本で初めて７−１１に行きました〜とてと嬉しかったです！

Japanese Sweet Apple/日本の甘いりんご

I had a Japanese Apple and it was sweet.  My uncle told me the marks inside the apple is honey.  That is why the apply was so sweet and delicious~

日本のりんごを食べました。りんごは甘かったです。おじさんは私にりんごの中でマークははちみつですから、りんごは甘くておいしかったです。

Hot Milk Tea/暖かいミルクティー

I finally arrived in Japan after a long flight~ I saw lots of Japanese Vending Machines and happily got my first drink from the vending machine!
長い飛行した後で、とうとう、日本に来ました！たくさん自動販売機を見た、そして、販売機に初めて飲み物を買いました。とても嬉しい〜！

Announcement: Japan Trip 2015

Hey, so this month I have the opportunity to travel to Japan for my Winter Break!  I'm so excited, but a little nervous since it's my first time traveling by myself.T^T It's always been a dream of mine to travel there, and now I have the chance to fulfill it!  So, I'm going to be blogging about my experience in Japan and the various of places I go to.  Of course, I'll still blog about all the delicious food eat in Japan, so I hope you look forward to my future posts~!^_^
