The Backhouse/ダーバックハウス

During my trip to California, we went to Westfield Santa Anita Mall. For lunch, we ate at ‘The Backhouse’, a Japanese restaurant that serves sushi, ramen, and Yakiniku.

カリフォルニアに行った時、ウェストフィールドサンタアニタモールに行きました。昼ご飯に「ダーバックハウス」を食べた、「ダーバックハウス」はお寿司やラーメンや焼肉の日本のレストランです 。

 

My friends ordered ramen such as Tonkotsu Ramen. My friend really enjoyed the broth.

友達はラーメンを注文した、例えば、豚骨ラーメン。友達は豚骨ラーメンのスープが好きです。

My other friend and I ordered Poke bowls. I bought the Salmon Poke Bowl; I asked them to remove the wasabi dressing. The Mango taste in the bowl wasn’t really for me, but I enjoyed the bowl. The Salmon had a nice soft delicious taste.

他の友達と私はポケ丼を注文しました。私はサーモン丼を買った、わさびを取り除いた尋ねました。サーモン丼でマンゴーの味があまり好きじゃなくてけれど、丼が好きです。サーモンはフワフワと美味しいでした。

The restaurant was busy during lunchtime rush even though the location in the corner of the mall. The price range might be a bit expensive depending on what you want and how much you’re willing to spend.

レストランで昼ご飯の時間は忙しそでした。メニューの価格は少し高いです。
