Hobak Korean BBQ/ホバク韓国のバーベキュー

Right next to ‘Gäbi Coffee& Bakery’, ‘Hobak Korean BBQ’ serves quality meat through a nice dining experience. The Staff will cook the meat for you and let you know when your meal is ready to devour.

「ガビコーヒーとパン屋」の隣に「ホバク韓国のバーベキュー」は良質な肉があって、良いな経験でした。スタッフは肉を焼きしてくれました。

You can either buy by meat, or you can do a combo. My friends and I bought the Large Family Combo 2 which can feed 3 ~ 4 people. Family Combo 2 has Angus Brisket, Premium Pork Belly, Outside Skirt Steak, Premium Pork Jowl or Premium Pork Neck; we choose the Premium Pork Neck. The Premium Pork Neck tasted not as tender as what I’m used to when I eat Pork Neck. Other than that everything was delicious, especially the Outside Skirt Steak.

肉ずつを買えてとか、コンボーも買えます。友達と一緒にL家族コンボー２を注文しました。そのコンボーは３、４人が肉を食べます。家族コンボー２はアンガスブリスケットとプレミアムポークベリーとアウタースカートステーキがあって、そして、プレミアムポークジョウルとかプレミアムポークネックも選べます。私たちはプレミアムポークネックを選びました。プレミアムポークネックの味は違ったと思います。全部が美味しかったです〜アウタースカートステーキはとても好きでした。

The Family Combo came with Boiled Egg Soup and Bean Paste Stew, along with a few rolls of Sushi Rice. For dessert, the Family Combo comes with Ice Cream Rice Cracker Sandwiches. You choose two flavors, and we choose Chocolate and Cookie & Crèmes.

家族コンボーはゆで卵スープとビーンペーストツチューと寿司ご飯もあってくれます。アイスクリームせんべいサンドもくれます。2度のアイスクリームを選びます。私たちはチョコレートとクッキーとクリーム味を選びました。

The interior was nice and spacious, and they played Korean songs and Korean MV on the TV.
