Since we are celebrating the birth of this blog, I decided to write a recipe post on a cake; but not just any cake, an Ube Cheesecake! If you do not know, ‘Ube’ is Purple Yam in Tagalog. During my research, I learned that there is Baked Cheesecake and a No-Bake Cheesecake. Baked Cheesecake is denser like custard, while No-Bake Cheesecake is lighter like Mousse. From the recipe I found, I choose to do a Baked Ube Cheesecake.

ブログの誕生日を祝しますから、ウベチェーズケーキを作りました！フィリピン語でウベはパープルヤムです。探索する時、二つのチーズケーキのタイプを見つけました。ベイクドチーズケーキはカスタードのように濃くて、レアチーズケーキはムースのように軽いです。ベイクドウベチーズケーキを選んで作りました。

Right next to ‘Gäbi Coffee& Bakery’, ‘Hobak Korean BBQ’ serves quality meat through a nice dining experience. The Staff will cook the meat for you and let you know when your meal is ready to devour.

「ガビコーヒーとパン屋」の隣に「ホバク韓国のバーベキュー」は良質な肉があって、良いな経験でした。スタッフは肉を焼きしてくれました。

SomiSomi/ソミソミ

Several locations in California, 'SomiSomi' is a soft serve dessert shop. I visited the soft serve stand inside the Westfield Santa Anita Mall in Arcadia.

カリフォルニアに多くの場所で「ソミソミ」があって、「ソミソミ」はソフトクリームデザート店です。アルカディアのウェストフィールドサンタアニタモールの「ソミソミ」に行きました。
