Ramen Shibire brings the heat to ramen with various level spicy sauces. 

「ラーメンシビレ」は、さまざなレベルの辛いソースでラーメンに辛くをもたらします。

You can order from Ramen Shibire’s Signature Ramen Creations or you can create your own ramen.

「ラーメンシビレ」の特別なラーメンを注文できて、自分のラーメンを注文できます。

Red Sun/赤い太陽

You first choose the base, then the spicy sauce, and lastly, toppings. They list the recommended heat sauce that goes with the base, but it’s ultimately your decision. The heat level from lowest to highest is Gyoku, Dai-Dai, Haku, Shinku, and Koku. 

先ずは、べースや辛いソースやトッピングを注文します。メニューでベースと
一緒に辛いソースをおすすめですが、何も方を選べます。辛いソースはぎょく
とだいだいとはくとしんくとこくで、こくは辛くの方です。

You receive the spicy sauce on the side, so you can control the amount and when you want to add the spicy sauce. If you are really sensitive to spicy food like I am, I recommend not adding the spicy sauce. I added a little of the lowest level(gyoku), and the spiciness still hit me. If you love spicy food, then you will most likely choose from a higher spicy level.

サイドに辛いソースを受け取るので、欲しい辛いソースの量を追加して、
せいぎょできます。私のような辛いに本当に敏感(びんかん)な人は、辛いソース
を追加しないことをお勧めします。私は最低レベルを少し追加しましたが、
それでも私にとても辛かったです。辛い食べ物が大好きなら、高い辛いレベルを
選んと思います。

I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen. My friends and I love our ramen choices; the chashu(pork) and the boiled egg were delicious. 

豚骨ラーメンを注文しました。友達と一緒にラーメンが美味しかった、そした、
ちゃしゅと卵が大好きでした。

They offer other dishes such as Takoyaki and rice bowls. They also have a Lunch special from 11AM-3PM.

他の食べ物があって、例えば、たこ焼きやライスボウルです。そして、１１午前
から３午後までお昼ご飯のスペシャルがあります。

Ramen Shibire is a great place for ramen lovers who want to try out the levels of heat sauces, or just want some good ramen.
