Artistic Noodles: Shang Artisan Noodle

Shang Artisan Noodle serves a variety of Chinese food such as Noodles, Fried Rice, and Dumplings.
For the Noodles, you can choose either Hand-Pulled, Knife-Shaved, or Plain Noodles.  The difference between the three is how the Noodles are made.
シェイング・アーチサン・ヌードルは色々な中国の料理があります。例えば、ヌードルやチャハンや焼売を売ります。どうなヌードルを選べます。

Hand-Pulled Noodles, the Noodle Dough are stretched apart multiple times to make the long noodles.
Knife-Shaped Noodles, they used a Knife to shave pieces of the Noodle Dough to stripes of noodles.
手で伸びて、ナイフで刮げて、普通なヌードルを作れます。

My friend ordered the Pork Belly Noodle, the noodles Knife-shaved.
友人は豚の角煮・ヌードルを注文しました。そのヌードルはナイフで刮げました。

I ordered the Tomato & Egg Noodle, the noodles Hand-Pulled.
私はトマトと卵・ヌードルを注文しました。そのヌードルは 手で伸びました。

Both noodles were thick, but taste the same.  So, the way the Noodle is shaped doesn't affect the taste of the noodles.  Both were delicious and fulfilling.
両方のヌードルはのうみつです。ヌードルの味は同じです。つまり、ヌードルの味をどうやて作るのことはかんけないです。

We also ordered Beef & Onion Boiled Dumplings.  All taste delicious~
そして、肉とオニオン・焼売を注文しました。全部、おいしかったです〜

The place had a nice vibe with simple, but nice decor which compliments the food they serve.
店は良いな空気があります。良くて、シンプルなデコレーションがあります。

If you order water, it has a melon flavor to it.  Also, this place is right next to Very Berry Cafe.
水を注文してなら、少しメロンの味があります。そして、その店はVery Berry Cafeの隣です。
