陣JINYA

JINYA is a popular Ramen Restaurant.  When I went, there was so many people and the wait list was pretty long.  We went on a Sunday night, so that's probably why there was so people there.
陣屋は人気なラーメン屋です。夜日曜日に行く時、込んでいました。予約待ちリストは少し長かったです。

It had a nice atmosphere with booths, then in the middle is a big table.  It looks like they put small parties at the big table.  We got a booth on the side.
いいな空気があって、店の中に大きいタブルがあります。タブルに違うグループに座ります。私達はブースに座りました。

They have interesting names for their Ramen.  I ordered a Tonkatsu Assari which is No.3 popular dish in Las Vegas~ For me, the main part of ramen is the noodle and the toppings.  The noodle's texture is more firm than other noodles I had.  The noodle is chewy tasty that I like~
ラーメンの名前は面白くてと思いました。豚カツ・アッサリを注文しました。ラスベガスに豚カツ・アッサリは三番好きな食事です。麺はコシがあります。とても美味しかった〜！
