Nabe Hotpot/鍋ホットポット

Hotpot, a broth meal where you boil with various ingredients that enhances the flavor. Nabe Hotpot, a popular restaurant where the wait time is around 1 to 2 hours.

鍋料理は鍋で色々な食べ物を似ます。「鍋ホットポット」は人気なレストランで、待ち時間は１、2時間です。

At first, my friend and I didn’t wait and went to eat somewhere else. The second time, we decided to wait for that 1 to 2 hours wait. You give the staff your phone number and you’ll get a text with a wait list website. It will track where you are on the list and how long you’ve waited. They’ll call you when it’s your turn.

初めは友達と一緒に行ったけど、待ちたくないから、違う場所に行きました。二度目に行った時、私達は１、2時間を待ちました。初めは、スタッフに電話番号をくれて、電話で待ち時間リストをくれます。私の順番時に、「鍋ホットポット」のスタッフは私に電話をかけました。

Once you enter, the delicious smell of the broth and food hits you. You choose two broths. The staff recommended the most popular broth, Tonkotsu and Seafood. I personally preferred the Tonkotsu broth for the creamy flavor. The Seafood was delicious, but the flavor was a bit too strong for me.

レストランに入る時、美味しい匂いを匂います。二つの味を選べます。スタッフは人気のスープをお勧めします。人気のスープは豚骨とシーフードと聞きました。私は豚骨スープの方が好きです。シーフードは美味しかったが、私に強すぎたと思いました。

For All you can eat, you can order up to six meats at a time while they have a buffet style for other ingredients to add to your hot pot like vegetables, sauce, seafood, and noodles. You retrieve all the food you want and boil them. I really enjoyed the variety of seafood, mushrooms, and noodles. The meat compliments the broth, but it feels like I need to order more meat since it seems like the meat goes by quickly.

全部食べられるのメニューに、一時に六つ肉を注文できます。他の食べ物を選べます。例えば、野菜やソーズやヌードルです。ヌードルやマシュルームが好きでした。肉は美味しかったが、肉は小さい量から、もっと肉を注文できると思います。肉はスープを引き立てますが、肉がすぐに通り過ぎるよに見えるので、私はもっと肉を注文する必要があるよに感じます。

 If you love hotpot and are willing to wait for the long wait time, then try out Nabe Hotpot~ ‘Nabe’ means ‘Hotpot’ in Japanese so the restaurant’s name is basically, ‘Hot pot hot pot’.
